What's better than cheesecake? Carrot cake! I remember the carrot cake I used to eat from The Pennsylvania Bakery in Camp Hill, Pa. I haven't been there in ages, but I still remember the pink box that all of the cakes were packaged in. (Just googled it and, thankfully, they are still in business!)
I don't think carrot cake is that famous amongst Koreans, but the Gordes Bakery is my favorite bakery just because they have super delicious carrot cake! Anyone in Korea wanting a good piece of carrot cake needs to make a trip to Gordes in Shinchon!
